Why do you need a Design Manager when most of the design work is done by the team?

For synchronicity, time management, mentoring, risk taking, and most importantly for decision making. Most of the time Design Managers’ decisions of color scheme, music, script, message, and shoot are intuitive and comes from experience, knowledge, and ability to comprehend. The Design Managers are the only ones keeping the symphony together they know which note should go up and which cord should strike when.
